![]() The online listing did not mention it was a special order bed - it only said the bed would arrive by December 4th at the absolute latest. My husband and I purchased a bed from the website at the end of October. We will never purchase from Raymour & Flanigan again and will also be telling everyone we know to avoid at all costs. (And add Bob's Discount Furniture to that list as well while you're at it.) They will just keep all the money they have already made and then enjoy their lives even after the business, one day, is no more.īut at least there is one more customer who knows I never have, nor will I ever, do business with Raymour & Flanigan. It seems this is a privately (family) held company so they don't have a need or desire to look at complaints like these or any others on this website. Not wanting to let this stand I got dressed and went outside to find out what happened and instruct these people on how they should have come back to let me know it was a mistake and APOLOGIZE and all I got from the lead driver was "get out of my space, he doesn't have to do anything."Ĭalling customer service was no help either. The driver went back out to double check and found out the address was the building next to me, but didn't have the common human decency to come back to apologize for disrupting me on my day off from a long hard week of my work. ![]() ![]() The only problem is I never ordered anything from this company. I was woken up on a Saturday morning at 7:45 AM by their delivery drivers. Very satisfied and happy customer! AND very blessed! Thank you JESUS for all my blessings and for dying on the cross for all of us! You are the air that I breathe! I will praise you FOREVER! I have been looking for a recliner where I don't have to use ANOTHER chair for my feet, this King Power chair is exactly what the Dr ordered! I can actually fit my whole leg on the chair and not have them dangle down! I highly recommend buying your next piece of furniture or ALL of your furniture needs at Raymour & Flanigan. Dealing with Daniel was such a wonderful experience and so much fun too! We felt like we were talking to an old friend. We are 100% confident that our recliner is going to be what we expect high quality to be. In the past we have had terrible experiences with buying furniture. Our salesman, Daniel Kofchock was such a huge help! He explained everything well and we felt so comfortable buying our recliner from Raymour & Flanigan. We went to Raymour & Flanigan to shop for a recliner! There were so many recliners to choose from and all of excellent quality. Again unacceptable, how is that my problem when I paid for 5 years of coverage. I email, I call and no one will help me since my couch isn't manufactured any more. Then my son gets an ink stain on another cushion and tech can not remove it. I still have 3 more years on my warranty and no one can help me. ![]() NOTHING FOR MONTHS! I speak with customer service at the store and they say since my couch is longer available there is nothing they can do now. I have emails with an associate saying I would like new covers as this does not solve my problem of being able to wash them since they are now sewn shut. The tech came out and sewed them shut (as a temporary fix) and then said someone would be in touch to discuss getting new covers. Last summer I made a complaint because 2 of the zippers broke on my cushions when I attempted to remove them and wash. I purchased all new furniture for the first floor of my home along with the extra 5 year Platinum Coverage Warranty in 2021.
